Mixed Prints

Hello again. I know I have been missing in action from posting but I have certainly been reading everyone's blogs.  It has been a very busy time for me, quite a bit going on...won't bore you with the details...I have been hitting and missing when it comes to sewing, no real reason other than I just can't seem to get out of this funk.  I finished the dress listed below about a month ago and really like it.  I decided to do a pattern review for the first time. (yeah me).  Here goes.

Pattern Description:  McCall’s OOP 6319, fitted dress with tapered skirt has lined bodice and elasticized waist.

Fabric Used: Cotton and tricot for the lining of the bodice. Fabric purchased at Joann’s Fabrics.

Pattern Sizing:
(14-16-18-20-22)

Were the instructions easy to follow? I really did not use the instructions much, this dress sewed up quite quickly.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?  I have had this pattern since it was first released and was drawn to the various necklines on the pattern.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: None

Would you sew it again? No, only because I have a number of other patterns I want to make.

The gold belt was added to enhance the gold in the fabric on the skirt. As always, Happy Sewing.  Hope to post again soon and thanks for following.
